What queen statuses mean

You choose these in the “Queen Status” field:

Status When to use it
Virgin Emerged, but not yet mated
Introduced Placed in a colony, acceptance not confirmed
Accepted The colony took her
Rejected The colony did not take her
Laying eggs Working normally
Sick Something looks wrong
Review Needs a closer look
Replace Marked for replacement
Culled, Died, Lost, Sold The queen is no longer in the colony

When you switch to “Died”, “Lost”, “Sold” or “Culled”, the app warns you that she will leave the colony and the hive, her period will be closed, and it cannot be undone.

Queens with the “Review” and “Replace” statuses are collected on the home screen under “Queens: attention required”. I would use those two statuses right there at the hives: you see spotty brood, you set “Review”, and by the evening you have a list of what to come back to.
