How to record a swarm

Open the card of the hive the swarm left, go to “Swarming” and tap the add button. Fill in:

• the date it issued;
• the type — a prime swarm or a cast;
• the size — “Small”, “Medium”, “Large” — and the weight in kilograms;
• whether there was a queen with the swarm and whether a queen stayed in the mother colony;
• whether the swarm was caught, the date it was caught and the hive it went into;
• a note.
