Can you add your own milestones?

Yes. On the card of the event you want to add one after, tap the three dots menu and choose “Add below”. If the new event should come before the selected one, choose “Add above”.

The “New Event” screen opens:

• under “Basic Information”, fill in the “Event name” and “Description”;
• under “Date and Reminder”, pick the date and whether a reminder should be sent;
• under “Additional Parameters” you can set up to four numeric fields — “Parameter 1” to “Parameter 4” — for the values you want to record at this milestone.

Tap “Create”. Without a name the event will not save — the app asks you to enter one.

This is how the calendar gets built out around the way you actually work — “Check acceptance after 24 hours”, say, or “Incubator temperature reading”.
